Venezuelan Pan de Jamón – A delicious Christmas classic
Pan de Jamón is a traditional Venezuelan bread that is a must-have at any celebration, especially during the Christmas season. This wonderfully soft bread is made with a savory and slightly sweet filling that makes it so special.
From a Pan de Jamon you can cut between 20-30 slices (depending on the thickness)
Ingredients: Dough: wheat flour, water, milk, butter, sugar, egg, salt, yeast.
Filling: Cooked ham, salt. Stabilizers: E-451, E-420, E-407, Antioxidants: E-316 and E-331, Preservative: E-251. Cooked bacon, pork belly (95%), salt, sugar, flavorings, smoke flavorings, stabilizers E-451, E-420, E-407, preservative E-250, sultanas and olives.
Allergens: May contain traces of soy and milk protein.
Instructions for use: Defrost beforehand, then bake in the oven or microwave at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes.
