UPS Shipping-Related Claims - Complaint

Although we understand how frustrating it is for both you and us when UPS doesn't deliver the package on time as expected or even damages it, unfortunately, this is beyond our control. And although we do our best to avoid these situations, if this happens, please:

1. Take photos of the outside of the box, the bottom of the box, the label, and the entire contents; the more photos, the better, as UPS will ask for all this information.

2. Go to the UPS claims page and submit a claim: https://www.ups.com/de/de/support/file-a-claim.page

3. Wait for a response from UPS and contact us at , to inform us about the outcome of the complaint and to see how we can help further.
