While we know how frustrating it is for both you and us when UPS doesn't deliver your package on time as expected or even damages it, this is unfortunately out of our control. And while we do our best to prevent these cases, if this happens, please:
1. Take photos of the outside of the box, the bottom of the box, the label and all contents, the more photos the better as UPS will ask for all this information.
2. Go to the UPS claims page and file a claim: https://www.ups.com/de/de/support/file-a-claim.page
