Spice mix Ajiaco (Mezcla Ajiaco 20g) El Rey

Ajiaco is a unique Colombian dish, especially popular in the city of Bogotá. It's a hearty chicken soup with potatoes and corn on the cob. Small yellow Andean potatoes, called papas criollas, dissolve and thicken the soup as they cook. Ajiaco is traditionally served with avocado slices, capers, and mild sour cream.
