In the event that the customer is not to receive the package, he can postpone the delivery, however, we no longer guarantee the condition in which the products arrive, as the packages are designed to retain the cold for approximately 24 hours.
If the customer does not receive the package on Tuesday or Thursday because he is not at home; Tropimarkt UG is not available at the market, as long as the products have been delivered.
