Flour for Kibe (Trigo para Kibe 500g) Yoki
3,69 €
Kibe is one of the most consumed flours in Brazil and an important part of Brazilian food culture. It is the main ingredient in kibe (a Syrian-Lebanese dish brought to Brazil by immigrants). Kibe consists of beef and bulgur wheat, seasoned with garlic, onions, mint, and cinnamon. The balls are deep-fried and eaten as a snack in Brazil (also in a raw version, known as "kibe cru"). Kibe is served with lime wedges and tahini sauce for dipping.
