Empanadas are delicious South American deep-fried pastries filled with white cheese. Typical of Venezuela and Colombia, they are known for their delicious and crispy cornmeal dough. Visit our shop to find out more about beef empanadas.

Ingredients: Dough: precooked cornmeal, water, sunflower oil, wheat flour, sugar, and salt. Filling: White cheese made from cow's milk (40%) (pasteurized cow's milk, salt, masking agent E509, preservative E202).
Allergen information: Contains wheat (gluten) and milk (lactose). May contain traces of soy.
Instructions for use: Take the piece out of the plastic bag.
Preheat the oil in the deep fryer or oven to 180ºC.
Deep-fry directly from the freezer in plenty of oil for 3.5 minutes, or until the dough turns its characteristic golden color. If baking, let them cook for about 15 minutes.
